Turning the ignition key to MAR, the warning light

Turning the ignition key to MAR, the warning light shall turn on but it should go off after a few seconds.(if present) on the instrument panel shall turn on but it should go off after a few seconds.

The warning light on the dial comes on (on certain versions together with the message on the display), with the knurled ring of the cruise control in the ON position, when the device starts to intervene on the engine.
